Domenica is the Sunday insert of Il Sole 24 Ore, dedicated to culture, art and entertainment (art director Madda Paternoster).

This time I was asked to design the cover illustration for the 18/08 issue: it is a portrait of Giuseppe Pontiggia: italian writer, critic, passionate bibliophile and assiduous explorer of books.

It illustrates the article by Gino Ruozzi that mainly addresses these last two sides of Pontiggia, introducing a recently published book that contains the reading opinions that document thirty years of consultancy for the publishers Aledphi and Mondadori.
